What if the most useful book you ever read was the size of your back pocket?
The Do Books are small. Deliberately so. They're designed to be read in an afternoon, carried in a bag, left on a bedside table. But don't let the size fool you — these are books with real weight to them.
Founded by Miranda West in 2013, the Do series was built on a simple idea: that the best books don't just inform you, they move you to act. Each title is written by someone who has lived what they're writing about — a breathwork teacher, a meditation expert, a woman who walked the equivalent of the earth's circumference one morning at a time. The writing is honest, grounded, and quietly life-changing.
Every book is printed on Munken, an FSC-certified paper, and designed with strong visuals throughout. They're as beautiful to hold as they are to read.
The Do books we stock
Do Breathe by Michael Townsend Williams
A guide to using your breath to reduce stress, improve focus, and find calm. Simple exercises drawn from breathwork, yoga, and mindfulness — for anyone who needs to slow down.
Do Reset by Jillian Lavender
An introduction to Vedic Meditation from one of the world's most experienced teachers. Practical, accessible, and genuinely restorative.
Do Pause by Robert Poynton
A quiet, compelling case for the power of stopping — in conversation, in creativity, in everyday life. For anyone who's been running on empty.
Do Walk by Libby DeLana
The story of what happens when you make space for something simple. Libby walked the equivalent of the earth's circumference, one morning at a time. This is her invitation to do the same.
Do Blue by Nick Hounsfield
A guide to blue health — the growing science behind why being near water is good for us. Written by the founder of The Wave, during his recovery from a stroke at 46.
Who are they for?
Anyone curious. Anyone at a crossroads. Anyone who's been meaning to start something — a meditation practice, a morning walk, a habit of pausing — but hasn't quite found the right nudge.
They make beautiful gifts, too. Small enough to feel considered rather than extravagant. Specific enough to show you paid attention.
If you're not sure which to choose, start with the one that speaks to where she is right now.
